Alpine Town of Bludenz
Buildings older than 300 years can be found in the romantic lanes and narrow little streets of the Old Town in Bludenz. Countless cafés, restaurants and bars invite you to enjoy a rest stop before you go for a stroll and discover the countless boutiques and shops. Different theme markets are held here on a regular basis, for example the popular Christkindl Market in December or the Monastic Market taking place every autumn.
Among the undisputed highlights in the event calendar is the world's biggest Chocolate Festival held in Bludenz at the start of the summer holidays.
The historical center of Bludenz features ancient town gates, parts of the former town walls and the popular St. Laurentius church with its superb tower (you can climb up the stairs if you want to). Additionally, the Fohrenburg Beer Brewery and the Milka Chocolate Shop are always worth a visit, as well as the Val Blu swimming bath offering a range of invigorating sports and wellness programs.
Visiting the lovely Alpine Town of Bludenz you can combine all the scenic highlights to your heart's content!
